Copper and aluminum make an amazing combination. For example, check out this interior I did on a '54 Buick Special. The copper was beadrolled with diamonds. Flared holes separated the upper half of the door panel from the lower half. Many hours went into the custom door handles that were built for this car. These are very unique door panels that everyone loves.
If you want an industrial, Art Deco, or aviation style look, you've come to the right place. With 20 years of aviation and aerospace experience I bring quality and craftsmanship to all of my work.
These seats were custom built for a specific truck. The seat mounts were handmade to match the seats and get the correct height. The main aluminum structure was all 1 piece, bead rolled and bent rather than 3 separate pieces. This is very difficult to do correctly but looks amazing when completed. Throw in some custom leather upholstery and you've got a killer combo.
My beadrolled artwork is very unique to the industry. After beadrolling the design, I polish my pieces to a mirror finish. Once that process is complete I go a step further. I take the time to tape off certain areas and scuff (brush) the rest of the material. Once these steps are completed I clean the metal and protect the bare metal with Sharkhide metal protectant. This gives the artwork many years of corrosion resistant beauty.
